In order to provide you with services related to the Bee Cloud SaaS APP, we need to collect information that you actively provide or generate due to the use of the service. During your use of the "Zvot APP" software and services, we will collect information based on legal, legitimate, and necessary principles. The information we collect or ask you to provide will be used for:

We will collect information that you proactively provide during the use of the service, as well as information that you generate during the use of the feature or acceptance of the service, in the following manner:
To create an account for logging into the Bee Cloud SaaS APP platform and meet legal requirements, we need to configure a personal account for employees under the enterprise account. For this, you may need to provide personal name or enterprise name, mobile phone number, email address, company and position information. The information we actually collect is limited to the information required by the employee account opening rules of the company you work for (the actual information is subject to the employee account opening rules of the company you work for). The above information you provided requires your continued authorization for our use during the use of this product. If you refuse to provide the relevant information or authorization mentioned above, we will not be able to configure an employee's personal account for you.
When you use the "Zvot APP" and related services, in order to ensure the normal operation of the software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, International Mobile Device Identification Number (IMEI), network device hardware address (MAC), IP address, software version number, network access method and type, operation logs, and other information. Please understand that this information is the basic information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of our products.
To help us better understand the operation status of the "Zvot APP" and related services, in order to ensure the security of operation and service provision, we may record network log information, IP address information, as well as the frequency of software and related services used, crash data, overall installation, usage, performance data, and other information.
（2） Handling of changes in the purpose of collecting and using personal information
Please be aware that with the development of our business, there may be adjustments and changes to the functions and services provided by the "Zvot APP". When new features or services are related to video inspections, information dissemination, search queries, and other scenarios, the personal information collected and used is directly or reasonably related to the original purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection to the original purpose, we will collect and use your personal information, inform you again, and obtain your consent.
（3） Personal information that is exempt from collection and use according to law and has obtained consent
Please understand that in the following situations, according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to collect and use your personal information:

You can use this feature after enabling camera/camera permissions. We visit your camera so that you can take photos or scan the QR code to recognize the QR code on the device, obtain the device serial number, and add the device. Or upload a local image to obtain the device serial number and add the device.
(2) Access and upload permissions for photo albums based images:
After enabling the album permission, you can use this function to upload your photo files, ensuring that the local image upload to the Bee Cloud SaaS APP function is feasible, making it easy for you to use the image to obtain the device serial number and add the device..
(3) Access location information permissions:
We are applying to you for this permission in order to obtain WiFi list information from the surrounding area for adding devices. We will obtain WiFi list information around you based on your location information when you add a device. If you refuse to provide your location information when adding a device, you will not be able to obtain WiFi list information around you.
(4) Application recording audio permissions:
We are applying for this permission to ensure that the recorded video has sound when recording videos for your application.
You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to enable access to your camera, album, and device information on your device, in order to collect and use the information involved in these permissions.
（1） Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than the service provider of the Bee Cloud SaaS APP platform, except for the following situations:
For the aforementioned three situations, we will obtain your consent again before sharing information with the companies and organizations we share with. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary for the purpose of providing the "Zvot APP" and services. During the period when you have not deleted or cancelled your account, we will retain the relevant information. After the necessary deadline, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and management aspects) to protect your personal information, prevent the personal information you provide from being improperly used or accessed, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost or leaked without authorization.

(3) In the event of a user information security incident (leakage, loss), we will promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident in accordance with legal requirements, the measures we have taken or will take to dispose of it, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the event through push notifications, emails, letters, text messages, and related forms. If it is difficult to inform you one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to publish an announcement. At the same time, we will also report the handling of user information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities.

Access, correct, and supplement your personal information:
You have the right to access your personal information, except in exceptional circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise your data access rights, or if you find that there are errors or incomplete personal information we process that needs to be corrected or supplemented, log in to the Bee Cloud SaaS app to operate. If the exercise of a certain right cannot be achieved through the above operation, you can contact us through the contact information listed in this privacy policy, and we will assist you in the operation. We will strive to enable you to access, correct, and supplement your personal information, but please understand that when you perform a certain operation, we may require you to provide sufficient information so that we can verify your identity to ensure that the requester is the requested information subject or a legally authorized person. We will handle the information you provide in accordance with the purposes, methods, confidentiality, and security measures listed in this privacy policy.
In the following situations, you can request us to delete information through the contact information shown in Article 7 of this privacy policy:

(4) For your reasonable requests, we do not charge any fees in principle, but for requests that are repeated multiple times or exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain fee at our discretion. We may refuse requests for information that is not directly related to your identity, information that is repeatedly applied for without reasonable reasons, or requests that require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are unrealistic.
